How do you connect the e-domizil (atraveo by Interhome) calendar?

What has changed at e-domizil?

atraveo by e-domizil has been transferred to Interhome’s system. According to atraveo’s FAQ for Switzerland, your contract partner’s name has changed from «e-domizil AG» to «Interhome (HHD AG)». The terms you accepted with e-domizil remain valid, and your conditions stay the same. You now make changes, including to the calendar, only in the new Interhome owner portal.

Important for your calendar: atraveo says you must replace the old export link from atraveo by e-domizil with the new Interhome export link. Replace it everywhere it’s entered, including in Stovita.

Step 1: How do you copy the Interhome link?

1. Log in to the Interhome owner portal. If you haven’t logged in since the changeover, activate your account once using your new Interhome owner number.
2. Open «Bookings», then the accommodation’s «Booking calendar».
3. Select «Actions» and «Export this calendar (iCal)».
4. Copy the link. It contains «ws.interhome».

Step 2: How do you add it to Stovita?

1. In Stovita, open «Accommodation», then «Platforms», and click «Connect calendar».
2. Select the accommodation and paste the Interhome link into the «Platform calendar link» field. Stovita assigns it to the «e-domizil / atraveo» platform.
3. Save and click «Copy calendar link».

Step 3: How do you add the Stovita link to Interhome?

1. In the owner portal, open «Bookings», «Booking calendar» and «Actions» again.
2. Select «Imported calendar (iCal)» and click «Add calendar link».
3. Paste in the Stovita link and save.

According to atraveo, you can add as many import links as you like there. With Stovita, one is enough because the Stovita link includes the bookings from all your other connected platforms.

How often does atraveo sync?

atraveo says the booked periods from the new link first appear in the Interhome calendar after an initial setup of about 60 minutes. The instructions don’t say how often atraveo syncs after that. Stovita reads the Interhome link every 15 minutes.

What happens with double bookings?

According to atraveo’s FAQ, if double bookings occur because a calendar isn’t up to date, bookings made through Interhome take priority. This is set out in the contractual agreement. In addition, during syncing, a booked period always takes priority over an available period. So keep both directions active.

According to atraveo, iCal only syncs bookings, not booking details or prices. You can still enter bookings manually in the owner portal.

What mistakes are common?

• Old e-domizil link: If an atraveo by e-domizil export link is still entered on a platform or in Stovita, replace it with the new Interhome link.
• Link with inventory.atraveo edited: atraveo added this import link as part of its system. It transfers historical bookings, so you don’t need to edit it.
• Wrong accommodation: Each accommodation has its own link on every portal. Connect the right calendars to each other.
• Truncated link: atraveo recommends always copying links in full and without changes.
• One-way connection only: If Stovita shows «Never fetched» for the connection, Interhome doesn’t have the Stovita link.

Stay or cancel?

According to the FAQ, you can cancel your agreement with atraveo by Interhome by 30 November each year, effective at the end of that calendar year. For 2027, this means by 30 November 2026. Bookings already confirmed remain binding. Find out more: cancel atraveo and alternative to e-domizil.
