Stovita

Which holiday rental software is right for Switzerland?

How much do the providers charge for 1 and 10 properties?

All prices are per month, in the provider's currency and excluding VAT, as shown on their pricing pages on 6 November 2026. If a provider does not publish a price, we list it as «not published».

Online payments also incur the payment provider's fee. With Stripe Switzerland, this is 2.9% + CHF 0.30 per payment with a Swiss card. With Stovita, guests currently pay you directly by QR-bill, TWINT or cash. Online payment at the time of booking is coming.

What Swiss features do the providers offer?

«Not found» means there is no information about it on the provider's pricing and features pages. It does not necessarily mean the feature is unavailable.

How do the providers connect to Airbnb, Booking.com and Google?

An integration transfers prices, listings and often messages as well as calendar data. A calendar link only transfers booked and available dates, so you have to manage prices yourself on each platform. According to its Connectivity Portal, Booking.com is not currently accepting new integration providers.

Which software is right for which host?

  • One to three properties, with tourist tax and guest registration forms that should be easy to manage: Stovita, free, with its own booking website in four languages. You still manage prices yourself on Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • A property in a feratel destination, with prices managed centrally across all channels: Smoobu with feratel integration. More under Smoobu alternative.
  • A website builder with online payments and professional management with a Google listing: Lodgify. More under Lodgify alternative.
  • Technically savvy, with a price per channel: Beds24.
  • Many properties, your own team: Guesty Pro or Hostaway, both by quote only.
  • Renting through the tourist office: feratel or TOMAS, with access via the destination. More under tourist office.
  • Switching from e-domizil: see e-domizil alternative.

What can Stovita do today, and what can't it do?

Stovita imports your listing via a link from Airbnb, Expedia or your website, with up to 20 photos. Calendar links sync all channels both ways, with double-booking protection and an email if conflicts arise. Guests book on request at an exact final price, including cleaning, extras and tourist tax. Stovita counts nights across all channels, for example to enforce a limit of 90 nights a year.

What Stovita doesn’t have yet: an interface that synchronises prices and messages with Airbnb or Booking.com, online payment at the time of booking (coming soon), or a listing as a Google partner for holiday rentals.

What are the detailed comparisons?

Try Stovita with your own property: import a listing via a link, connect your calendars and launch a booking website. Registration is free, and the basic plan remains free.

Frequently asked questions

Which holiday-rental software is free?

Stovita’s basic plan remains free permanently, and registration is free. Smoobu offers a 14-day trial and Lodgify a 7-day trial; after that, both charge a monthly subscription.

Which software supports tourist tax and guest registration forms in Switzerland?

On the providers’ websites, we found tourist tax based on municipal rules and an online guest registration form only with Stovita. Smoobu submits guest registration forms to feratel where the destination uses feratel. Destinations with feratel or TOMAS handle both in their own system.

How much does Smoobu cost for 10 properties?

According to Smoobu’s FAQ, around EUR 114.40 per month: EUR 28 for the first property and EUR 9.60 for each additional one. The price calculator may give a different figure.

Is a calendar link worse than an interface?

It only transfers booked and available dates, not prices or messages. That’s often enough for one to three properties with fixed prices. If you change prices daily across many channels, an interface saves time.
